My villa is furnished with the following Basic items

Bed Linens,   Bathing Towels,  Central Air and Heat ,  Full sized Refrigerator, Microwave, Smooth Top Electric Range and Oven,  Dishes and Flatware, ALL Stainless Steel Pots and Pans,  Dishwasher,  Toaster,  Blender, Drinking Glasses,  Coffee Maker,  Kid Friendly Dishes and Cups (Plastic),  Pizza Pan and Cutter, VCR and DVD,  Iron and Ironing Board,  One Hairdryer,  3 Color TVs with over Basic Cable, Beach Foldable Chairs, Extra Pillows (bring your own pillow case if you need an extra pillow and pillow cases make great laundry bags for the way home)

(Remember bed linens and towels are not changed during your visit only after you leave)

List of Items you should bring or buy once you are on the island: 

Toilet Paper, Shampoo (some small bottles under master bathroom sink), Napkins, Coffee and coffee filters, Dishwasher detergent, Garbage bags, Beach umbrella if needed (you can rent them too ask me), Bath soap, Paper towels, Beach towels, and of course Sun tan lotion and basic groceries.       There will be a starter kit of toilet paper (a roll in each bathroom), small package of dishwasher detergent.

There are several companies on the island that rent baby cribs, high chairs etc.

My villa is 2 bedrooms 2 full baths each bedroom has a ceiling fan and closet.
